- I'm 37 years old, mother of 3 boys (ages 6, 9, 11). I love to draw, paint, and create. I'd really like to improve my skills but it is hard to find the time to work on them regularly.

- Describe the style of your work:
- My work varies. I like a more cartoony style, but I feel more comfortable doing realistic work. Hopefully, this will improve with time. I also feel that it is important to experiment and try out new styles.

- I have this habit of buying art supplies that never seem to get used. I have stacks of paper, tons of markers, chalk, paint (oil, acrylic, watercolor), colored pencils, graphite pencils, glue, etc. My problem is that I just can't let loose and be creative. I have to have a plan first... so I go through the same few supplies all the time, meanwhile I have so much stuff I need to store it or get rid of it.

What I Am Up To...
As you may have noticed I am working on themes for my cards. This is something new that I am trying. I am going to pick a random theme and then make 10 cards using that theme as my jumping off point. I have always had a problem with creating my own ideas. Usually I find an image and copy it. I hope to improve my drawing skills and creativity all at once. My first theme is Halloween.
