Just to add a story to animal instincts.
This is true and I did get into trouble with the keeper. After I told him of an bump on Mom that the vets. did not know of.
As an animal loving group there must be a few or more funny stories of interaction...

- About Me:
- I am a stay at home Mom of 11yrs old but married for 22 years . I always have been crazy for art of any kind. Have always done some kind of artistic thing but not on a regular basis. So here is my place to stand up and do just that. I feel in love with all the ATC's I saw here. They took my breath away & a few hours -viewing them :) . Time well spent !!!.
- How did you hear of Monday Artday ATC?
- From the creative journey-I was admiring the skill & work put into the art. Followed link here. I have been interested in ACEO cards but really was grabbed by ATC's what is Monday Artday does here. What I saw, read, and the welcoming atmosphere created here by its members, interested in building each other and connecting together. I wanted to join and be a part of this growing site.
- Describe the style of your work:
- I am not sure what to call style- so fun, realistic and child like may be a few. But I want to edge out and try new stuff. Trying to do a 1957 chevy (from a picture on web) but not quite getting it right on colour shading part. May show for cars-ATC ?.
- Favorite Animal:
- I an crazy for all kinds. Whales, Big cats, and Birds have special place in heart
- Favorite Color:
- Love Black. Seeing new palettes created in different ways
- Something Interesting:
- Petted a tiger and her cubs-at a zoo. Got in trouble with the keeper- hee hee but was exciting too. Tickled an manta ray baby in Boston.
Did a volunteer mural for a youth group - loved the experience. Lately not been doing much art due to other responsibilities. Love the idea of ATC size, and what they can accomplish as works of pure art.

You can draw anything you like. Then you post (your attempts) to your page in your photos section and mark it available. If someone asks you to trade for one of your ATCs, and if you agree to trade for an ATC of theirs, then you will be sending them a message with your address, and they will message you with their address. If you see an ATC you like, then you can ask to trade with the owner of that ATC. It is up to them if they agree to trade with you. Now to be able to send them a message, they have to be a friend. To make them a friend, you send a friend request, after they accept, then you can send them a message :) Once you have agreed on the trade then you mail your ATC to them. They will mail the ATC you chose from them to you.
If your in a swap in one of the groups (Ex. Saturday Morning cartoons, What about Cats?, Themed ATCs group, etc...) then you would draw according to that theme, or subject but in your own style if you want. You would send your three ATCs for that particular swap to the host. If you need the hosts address to send your ATCs to, then you would ask the host to send you their address.

Your welcome! If you go to the homepage of this site, and on the left side you will see the rules and size of how to make an ATC. Now you can use bristol (it's like a thicker card stock for dry mediums), watercolor paper, or regular paper just glue it on a thicker base, like a playing card that measures 2.5"x3.5". Feel free to draw or paint whatever you like :)
If you want to trade with someone just leave a comment under their ATC and if they want to trade they will comment back or message you. Also to message someone you have to make them a friend :)
