Newbie saying hi

Hi everyone i thought i would say hi , looking forward to trading ATC's with you and also other arty stuff.

my goal is to be able to actually draw and paint ATc's always wanted to be able to paint pictures so start small as they say but im rubbish at it LOL, so any help and advice would be greatly welcomed.

still find my way round so any pointers would be good.

Anyone who says your rubbish hasn't seen Pollack's art.... cans of paint strewn onto canvas.... and this comes from a person who likes it! There is no such thing as rubbish in the artworld.

Anyhow, Im Elizabeth... been here about 3 months or so. Everyone has been just wonderful and helpful. I hope you can relax and enjoy it. I was a bit mixed up at first but after a couple of days you will find your way around and then you will be able to really enjoy yourself.

Thank all for the welcome i will be posting some ATC's when i get back from my hols, i have a question though if any one can answer . Do the ATC's for here have to be painted or drawn? mine are more collage that kinda thing, been looking at all the stunning atc's in the gallery and they really are amazing . going to take some art supplies away with me so hoping to try to paint draw some but we'll see lol.

I have just read the rules and can answer my own question YES they do have to be drawn painted etc oops.

There appears to be a group for anything you can think of! I believe there is because Ive noticed lots of people do collage work.

You are correct! Except only post collage work in the collage group. Not on the main site. :)
